If you love Sushi you can now get a "fix" at our new NANBAN SUSHI BAR. 

Capers has remodeled one half of their wonderful restaurant into a genuine Sushi Bar complete with Japanese trained Chef Ja ime!

Having spent time in Tokyo, Osaka and Saporo as well as Jackson Hole Wyoming, Ja ime now prepares made to order fresh sushi in Chelan.

The Nanban Room is open for lunch from 11 to 2 and opens for dinner from 5 to 9 Tuesdays through Saturdays.

You can dine in or take out!

In addition to Sushi the NANBAN SUSHI BAR also features other dishes such as Tempura, Tonkatsu Pork and Japanese style Salmon and Chicken along with Soups and Salads.

And in keeping with our present economy Capers Fine Dining has some "stimulus packages" for you - Wonderful three course dinners for $25.00. Think about it, that is less than the price of a steak elsewhere!
